*Quick learn and apply OM concepts
* Liase with the numerous customers, delivery & SPOC teams to ensure entitled requests are promptly actioned
* Independently handle, assist the customer to determine problems and provide resolutions on any customer issues & process general volumes smoothly
* Candidate must be flexible for any shift based on customer supported
* Mandate stretch hours in Month & Qtr. ends Willingness for overtime
Required skills or eligible details
– Well versed with the MS Office Suite (added proficiency in MS Excel)
– Average Communication Skills (Verbal & Written).
– Good thought clarity
– Logistics certifications/ exposure experience for candidates with work experience
-1-2 year of experience in SAP (SD/MM module), Logistics, OM.
-International trading, Fiscal policies, Tax structure will be a value add.
