1. Health Physics – B.Sc (Physics) with minimum 60% marks.
2. Chemistry – B.Sc (Chemistry) with minimum 60% marks.
3. Electrical – Diploma (Electrical) (3 yrs. after SSC) with minimum 60% marks.
4. Mechanical – Diploma (Mechanical) (3 yrs. after SSC) with minimum 60% marks
5. Instrumentation – Diploma (Instrumentation) (3 yrs. after SSC) with minimum 60% marks.
Maximum age limit range: 0 years by more than 3 years. Further age relaxation for OBC + 3 yrs. & +5 yrs. for SC/ST.

Process of Interview
Applicant will be selected based on Written Exam, Interview
Interview process has written test. Those qualified in the written test will be called for Personal Interview.
Applicant should pass in written examination and Personal Interview will be empanelled only on the basis of their performance in Personal Interview
