Job details
The primary responsibilities of the Solution Manager is as under

Electronic Banking Concept sell to prospective customers within the Wholesale & Retail Banking Group. Product penetration and onboarding of clients on various products ACH, Enet, CMS, ECMS, Host to Host, Trade on Net, Dividend business.

Manage electronic banking sales channel for domestic payments, collection and trade on net and other electronic aspects of cash management.

Pro-active requirement gathering and scoping to ensure best-fit solution for client to meet customers short/long-term requirements

Manage implementations on ENet for customers and monitor end-to-end service delivery to ensure time bound closures of client concerns

Identify prospects on electronic banking in partnership with the Relationship Teams in line with their projections.

Monitor & Mine existing clients transaction details for cross-sell of additional product opportunities

Be on the look out for stress signs in customers E-Banking operations and ensure they are addressed by active co-ordination with various back-end and front-end teams

Initiate product feedback from customer and funnel internally to product teams and assist in benchmarking of product vis--vis competition offering

Initiate regular training on the product to the Relationship Teams and update them on new E-Banking features

Assist Product Head & product teams in product development by clearly detailing specifications in line with market. Productize & generalize any specific that may be required by a specific customer

Be ready with various MIS, including preparation, collation and analysis for publishing to various business units, senior management, supervisor as and when required.

Be the front-runner and single point of contact for all Enet sales and implementation for the region. Keep them informed on all new enhancements, process changes. It is required to mentor, train and guide them to give the best-fit solution for customers

Keep abreast of changes in the Bank and the market ( e.g. RBI Policy, Circulars etc.) and analyze and address impact , if any
