Ensure successful sign-on to all systems.
Inform supervisor to raise marketplace request for ID’s not working / suspended.
Work on all the messages lying in the individual basket.
Work on all the 0s and negatives lying in the individual workbasket.
Ensure all cases has been updated with notes where OFAC checks required and approved by Team Leaders.
Escalate ageing cases to respective service team as applicable.
Initiate appropriate follow-ups on out of funds cases.
Action the cases which go untimely in next 24Hrs.
Review the work-list to identify the cases which needs to be resolved as per the SLA / Tier.
Pull the PEMR / NDR reports and load cases, as applicable.
Review productivity against RE.
Report any instance of SIRT / Fraud to supervisor for appropriate actions.
Ensure password is changed on all systems / applications frequently.
Ensure desk is clean per clean desk policy at the end of the day.
Flexibility to work for 8 hours a day / 6 days a week shift / During weekends (if required).
Willing to work in rotational shifts (Night shift as and when required).
Comprehend customers queries / complains / comments.
Provide quick an effective resolution to the customer’s queries.
Ability to manage work efficiently with minimum guidance.
Is able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech
