Role Description Please check for candidates who has minimum 6+ years of experience in Travel or Airline or Hospitality domain. Delivery Expectations: Engage with DMs / TDMs to ensure no escalations in test quality. Proactively identify opportunities to improve Drive audits/reviews and run Connect programs with the accounts with an eye on CSAT and efficiencies Industry Knowledge: Should have expertise on current concepts, practices and cutting edge tools prevailing in the industry. Help consolidate the test engagements and ensure near 100% business continuity Keep the Mindtree account delivery manager up to date in a proactive fashion on customer issues and collaborate very closely with the delivery manager in finding resolutions Develop unique specific testing differentiators, in line with customer needs and market landscape Help innovate in existing test engagements and help implement (as applicable) latest innovations that are in place in other accounts Go-to-Market: Interface with Marketing to drive market recognition of testing capability and competency in TTH Testing Drive testing solutions and take solutions to different units in TTH Create TTH specific testing sales collateral Operational Excellence: Ensure GM targets are met / steps or actions taken to ensure any corrective actions Interact with testing practice and delivery to ensure right solution development for customer Org and Talent: Support hiring , develop and retain best-in-class talent Support strong leadership pipeline
