Position: Associate – Customer Support for Domestic Tamil Process at Tech Mahindra (BSG Division)

Eligibility:
Only Freshers are eligible.
Any Graduate or Under graduate
Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English
Work Location is Tech Mahindra, Near Ambattur Telephone Exchange, Ambattur, Chennai

Mandatory Languages: Tamil & English

Required skills areShould understand customer issues / complaints and respond in accordance
Adaptive, ready to learn, contribute and deliver consistently under pressure
Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with people from a wide range of backgrounds, ages and temperament
Excellent skills on MS Word & Excel
Good Typing Speed
Customer Oriented bent of mind with good analytical skills
