Desired Candidate Profile :-
7 to 10 years experience with a minimum bachelors degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical) with preference to M-Tech/ MBA and with experience in preparation and release of sustainability reports CDP, BRR (BRSR at present), ECOVADIS & DJSI
Must have experience in engaging organization leadership in implementing sustainability across organization
Must have experience in handling & analyzing all Sustainability Report related data and information
Must have knowledge of sustainability reporting guidelines such GRI, BRSR (business responsibility reporting by SEBI)
Must have excellent skill in MS excel and power point and experience in developing communications
Must have experience in sustainability program management and implementation
Should have experience in Carbon disclosure project (CDP), UNGC, SDG, DJSI etc.
Should have experience in GHG accounting (Scope 1, 2 & 3) and carbon foot printing
Should have knowledge / exposure on SBTi and TCFD reporting
